The Stewartstown Senior Center is proud to announce our collaboration with Care First Education LLC. Care First Education LLC is founded by local community member, Samantha Hammond. Samantha brings a valuable knowledge to our community. She has a graduate degree in Nursing and specialized training in health, safety, and preparedness with the real-world experience as a registered nurse in community settings, a nurse educator, and a Red Cross volunteer. Her background equips the organization to provide a community educational curriculum that focuses on the community and its health, wellness, and learning needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As an educator, Sam strives to create a warm, caring, and welcoming environment where learners feel recognized, valued, and comfortable to learn. Teaching methods and activities are evidence-based and student-centered\u2014factors that research has shown to enhance learning. Care First Education LLC believes health, safety, and preparedness education should be accessible to everyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
